On April 16th, Zhu Guangpei, President of China Certification and Accreditation Association, Huang Jixian, Executive Vice President and Secretary General, and Guo Jing, Deputy Secretary General, visited and conducted research on China University of Metrology. Xu Jiangrong, President of China University of Metrology, and Song Mingshun, former President, received a delegation from the Association. Both sides have had in-depth exchanges in strengthening the construction of certification disciplines, joint training of industry talents, and expanding cooperation between universities and conferences.
Xu Jiangrong welcomed the visit of the China Certification and Accreditation Association and his delegation. He comprehensively introduced the development process of China University of Metrology and its achievements in in-depth communication with the State Administration for Market Regulation and its affiliated units, local market supervision and management departments, actively undertaking the work of the Secretariat of the National Metrology Strategy Advisory Committee, and cooperating with units such as the China Academy of Metrology, the Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, and the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce.
Zhu Guangpei congratulates China University of Metrology on its development in recent years. He stated that China University of Metrology and the China Certification and Accreditation Association are strategic partners, and have achieved a lot in the construction of industry talent teams and talent cultivation, especially in the development of continuing education courses, textbook writing, and scientific research standards. Next, we need to make good use of China University of Metrology as the association's policy and theoretical research base and educational training base, with the goal of jointly promoting the construction of national quality infrastructure and enhancing the professional ability of the certification industry. In accordance with the requirements of the three-year action plan for market supervision talents, we will focus on the needs of the service industry and student training work, fully utilize the advantages of the association's industry resources and personnel capacity building, and fully utilize the university's talents in education and subject teaching and research.
